Definitions

QG: Quantgates Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street London EC2A 4NE, UK.

You: The individual or organization agreeing to these Terms. If You agree to these Terms on behalf of an organization, You represent to QG that You are authorized to accept these Terms on the organization's behalf.

License Agreement

Subject to this Agreement, QG grants You a worldwide, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, terminable, limited license during the term of this agreement to use the Services.

Technical Support

You are responsible for technical support of Your Applications and End Users. Subject to timely payment of applicable support fees, QG will provide You with support during the license term.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party, will be liable under this agreement for lost revenues or indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

English law governs the validity, construction and performance of this Agreement.
